Engine software modification (also known as “chipping”) is typically one of the first things modified by most enthusiasts.

We have partnered with some of the top software tuning companies to provide our customers with a wide range of options for all cars that can be chipped. Substantial gains can be seen, especially from the 1.8T, 2.0T, 2.7T, and 3.0T motors.

Most cars nowadays can be "flashed", this means the ecu is reprogrammed via the OBD2 port or via a hardwired workstation. By this form of reprogramming the ecu is usually never even touched or opened. The biggest benefit to this method of reprogramming is the drastically decreased time it takes to perform the modification.

For those ecu's which do need some form of physical manipulation, we install those chips in-house utilizing our SMD hot-air rework station and electronically controlled soldering and de-soldering stations.
